Qualifications

• 2+ years in a customer service role within a veterinary or healthcare setting.
• Credentialed veterinary technician with emergency experience preferred.
• Experience using practice management software and handling sensitive data.

Responsabilités

• Greet and assist clients compassionately in person, over the phone, or online.
• Coordinate communications and route urgent medical calls to a doctor promptly.
• Provide personalized, attentive service and support patients and families.
• Support nursing team with updates and document patient needs clearly.
• Process payments accurately while protecting sensitive information.
• Follow up after visits to ensure pets receive continued care.
