Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Egg Harbor Township, NJ is seeking a PRN PET/CT Technologist to operate scanners and deliver patient‑centered imaging that informs diagnosis and treatment. You will screen patients, perform PET/CT studies, maintain records in RIS, ensure safety and HIPAA compliance, and support the department with QC procedures and equipment maintenance.

Qualified NMTCB or ARRT in Nuclear Medicine, AMA‑approved radiography training, CPR, and ability to perform PET/CT independently are

Qualifications

• NMTCB or ARRT registered in Nuclear Medicine.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiography.
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to perform PET/CT procedures independently.
• Certification in imaging specialty.

Responsibilities

• Operate PET/CT imaging to produce diagnostic quality images.
• Screen patients and prepare them for imaging procedures.
• Maintain patient records in the RIS and ensure safety compliance.
• Perform quality control and maintain PET/CT equipment.
• Assist with department training and supply monitoring.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and regulatory requirements.
