Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our team. You will operate PET/CT scanners to produce diagnostic images, guiding patients through the procedure with clear explanations and compassionate care.

The ideal candidate is NMTCB or ARRT certified in Nuclear Medicine, AMA-approved radiography graduate, licensed in the relevant state, CPR certified, and able to perform PET/CT studies independently. Prior imaging certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be NMTCB or ARRT registered technologist in Nuclear Medicine, current and in good standing.
• Graduate of the AMA approved school of radiography.
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
• Current Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.
• Certification in imaging specialty.

Responsibilities

• PET/CT imaging of designated body regions with patient prep and safety.
• Explain procedures to patients and position for accurate imaging.
• Maintain patient records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Monitor and adjust imaging parameters for optimal study quality.
• Assist with quality control and equipment maintenance as required.
