Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to operate PET/CT scanners and provide patient-centered imaging services. The role supports a mobile unit with placements in Easton, PA and Paterson, NJ, requiring strong safety and regulatory compliance and patient communication skills.

The position is full-time, with 40 hours weekly, day shifts, and relocation assistance available. Candidates must be NMTCB or ARRT registered in Nuclear Medicine and hold AMA-approved radiography training, CPR,

Qualifications

• NMTCB or ARRT registered technologist in Nuclear Medicine
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiography
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable
• Current CPR certification
• Must have training and experience to perform PET/CT procedures independently
• Certification in imaging specialty

Responsibilities

• Operate PET/CT scanner to produce diagnostic images
• Explain procedures to patients and prepare them for imaging
• Perform routine and advanced PET/CT imaging with appropriate safety
• Maintain accurate patient records in RIS
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and safety standards
• Assist with protocol manuals and QA procedures
• Provide PET/CT department support and training as needed
• Complete other tasks as assigned
