Job summary

RAYUS Radiology is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to operate scanners and produce diagnostic images. You will guide patients, ensure correct positioning, and maintain patient records while delivering high-quality care.

Responsibilities include adherence to safety standards, HIPAA compliance, and collaboration with radiologists. This role requires NMTCB/ARRT registration, AMA radiography training, and CPR certification to perform PET/CT procedures independently.

Qualifications

• NMTCB or ARRT registration, current and in good standing.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiography.
• Licensed Radiological Technologist in the appropriate state, if applicable.
• CPR certification is current.
• Training and experience to perform PET/CT independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET/CT imaging procedures with correct positioning.
• Screen patients and verify identifiers.
• Maintain RIS patient records and documentation.
• Ensure safety and follow HIPAA; comply with regulations.
• Support PET/CT department with protocol updates and QC procedures.
• Train new associates and assist with equipment and software upgrades.
