Job summary

Texas Oncology in Plano is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our diagnostic imaging team at the Plano East Cancer Center. The role supports PET imaging procedures, QA, patient safety, and data management in a fast-paced clinical setting.

The ideal candidate has Level 1–Sr experience in nuclear medicine or radiologic technology, with CNMT/ARRT(N) certification and current state licensure where required. Join us to help deliver high-quality cancer care to our communities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or higher in Nuclear Medicine Technology or Radiologic Technology (AMA accredited).
  • CNMT and/or ARRT(N) certification and state licensure where applicable.
  • Experience in nuclear medicine and/or PET imaging preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Perform diagnostic PET imaging procedures, tracer administration, and image capture.
  • Assist in scheduling and front office functions to maintain workflow.
  • Ensure patient data accuracy, report distribution, and charting.
  • Maintain daily quality control and scanner performance.
  • Adhere to safety and compliance standards.
