Job summary

United Vision Pet Partners in Kentucky is seeking a Client Service Representative to greet clients, listen with empathy, and coordinate with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth visit.

Training is provided; previous veterinary experience is preferred but not required. You will work with doctors and staff to support scheduling, phone and in-person communications, and compassionate client care.

• Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism.
• Communicate clearly with pet owners in person or by phone.
• De-escalate tense conversations with empathy and care.
• Collaborate with doctors and the medical team to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Training will be provided; veterinary experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and patients with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners, both in person and over the phone
• Actively listen to client concerns and guide them toward solutions

• Collaborate closely with doctors and the medical team to ensure a seamless client experience
