Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous veterinary experience preferred.
• Client satisfaction references preferred.
• Practices OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Opens and closes the practice per instructions.
• Maintains clean and presentable public areas and front desk.
• Processes payments and manages accounts and records.
• Schedules appointments and manages workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and sends notices.
• Completes client correspondence and outreach.
• Backs up computer system and posts daily business.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a friendly demeanor.
• Answers calls with proper telephone etiquette.
• Presents medications and take-home items.
• Handles emergencies with care and within clinic policy.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction.
