Heartland Veterinary Partners LLC is seeking a Client Service Representative to manage front desk operations, engage clients, and support veterinary staff. You will handle appointments, records, and payments while delivering an exceptional client experience.

The role requires weekend availability, strong communication, and a customer‑focused mindset. Employment is onsite at the Ottumwa practice with competitive hourly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Patience and compassion while maintaining professionalism with Doctors, clients and patients.
• Clear communication to clients and teammates to ensure patient care.
• Strong organizational skills to track lab specimens, medications and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Lead opening and closing procedures as instructed.
• Keep front desk and waiting areas clean and presentable.
• Process cash, checks, and card payments.
• Schedule clinic appointments with Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Update client/patient files and correspondence.
• Send reminders and follow-up calls to clients.
• Backup computer systems and daily posting tasks.
• Greet clients and provide a warm, friendly experience.
