• Check clients in and out and process payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate patient and client records.
• Coordinate with veterinarians, veterinary technicians, and other team members.
• Handle prescription and food requests according to practice protocols.
• Maintain a clean, organized reception area.
• Assist with client communication by phone, email, and in person.
• Provide compassionate support to clients during routine visits and difficult situations.
• Perform other administrative and customer-service duties as needed.
