Paw Sweet Paw Spectrum in Irvine, CA is seeking an entry-level Customer Service Representative to greet human and pet guests and deliver friendly, proactive service in a busy lobby.

This part-time role requires flexibility for day shifts, weekend work and lifting up to 40 pounds, with a pay range of $16.90–$17.40 per hour. Our employee-owned company offers growth opportunities and a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or Equivalent.
• 1 year of professional animal experience.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends & holidays.
• Lift/carry 40 pounds or more.
• Able to stand/walk for eight hours a day.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work on a computer system.
• Able to handle dogs on leashes in an environment with disinfectant/chemicals.

Responsibilities

• Main lobby operations – check-ins, check-outs, guest visits and tours, answering general questions.
• Answering and handling calls in a professional manner.
• Maintaining cleanliness.
