Job summary

Animal Medical & Surgical Hospital in Tulsa, OK is seeking an outgoing Veterinary Receptionist / Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage appointments, and coordinate daily patient flow. You will handle multi-line phones, assist with front-desk duties, and provide friendly, professional service in a fast-paced team environment.

We offer full-time work with a 3/10 or 4/10 schedule, Saturday availability required, and a benefits package including health, life, EAP, 401k, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in customer service or reception
• Front-desk experience in veterinary/healthcare preferred
• Proficiency with a multi-line phone system
• Experience with veterinary practice management software preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Highly organized with time-management skills
• Ability to stay calm in emotionally sensitive situations
• Team player with a positive attitude
