Job summary

GoDog in Durham is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Specialist to join our busy front desk team serving clients and their pets. This hands-on role blends hospitality with basic animal care, requiring warmth, professionalism, and reliability.

You will greet clients, manage check-ins, coordinate scheduling, and handle POS transactions while keeping a clean, welcoming lobby. Training is provided; experience with dogs/cats is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handling dogs of all sizes and energy levels, including large and boisterous dogs
