Digs Dog Care-24 is seeking a Front Desk Associate to be the welcoming face for pet parents and pups. You’ll manage check-ins/outs, process payments, and answer questions with warmth in a fast-paced, pet-first environment.

This role blends hospitality with organization and compassion for dogs. You’ll support grooming, manage profiles, maintain a clean lobby, and contribute to a positive culture with growth opportunities and benefits.

Qualifications

• Genuine love for dogs and hospitality
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Calm, solutions-oriented in a fast-paced setting
• Experience with phones, computers, and POS systems
• Comfort with dogs of varying sizes and temperaments
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs
• Flexible scheduling including weekends/evenings/holidays
• Ability to build trust with pet parents
• 1 year of reception experience in veterinary/hospitality preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage front desk interactions
• Check in/out pets, manage parent/pup profiles, process payments
• Answer phones with professional etiquette
• Coordinate with grooming team and manage appointments
• Inform clients about services and updates
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby
• Record clear daily notes for team communication
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and cleaning
• Support daycare play groups as needed
• Contribute to culture and pet wellbeing at Digs
