Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage a multi-line phone system.
• Check patients in and out, process payments, and keep records up to date.
• Prepare vaccine records, lab submissions, and health certificates.
• Keep clients informed and connected with our doctors and technicians.
• Help keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Build lasting relationships with the pet parents who trust us.
