Maple Tree Veterinary Hospital in Waynesville, NC, is seeking a friendly Client Service Representative to greet clients and their pets, schedule appointments, and manage a busy front desk. This AAHA-accredited practice values compassionate service, clear communication, and organized teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

As the first point of contact, you will assist with check-ins/outs, payments, and records, while helping doctors and technicians provide excellent care.

Responsabilidades

• Greet clients and their pets warmly, in person and over the phone.
• Schedule appointments and manage a multi-line phone system.
• Check patients in and out, process payments, and keep records up to date.
• Prepare vaccine records, lab submissions, and health certificates.
• Keep clients informed and connected with our doctors and technicians.
• Help keep the reception area clean, organized, and inviting.
• Build lasting relationships with the pet parents who trust us.
