Job summary

Charlotte Street Animal Hospital in Asheville, NC is seeking a receptionist to join our AAHA-accredited team. You will greet clients, manage calls, and ensure smooth front-desk operations while supporting medical record accuracy and appointment flow.

You will also educate clients on preventive care and hospital services, contributing to a compassionate, high-quality care environment for dogs, cats, and exotics. Weekend and holiday flexibility is preferred.

Qualifications

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system and greet clients with compassion.
• Maintain accurate medical records, manage appointment schedules, and handle financial transactions.
• Educate clients on preventative care and other hospital services to ensure optimal pet health.

Responsibilities
