The role blends customer service with administrative tasks: log dogs in/out, confirm client information, process payments, schedule confirmations, and ensure vaccine compliance, while working outdoors in all weather and weekends.

Qualifications

• Customer service or admin experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and computer skills required.
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather.
• Weekend and holiday availability required.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly at vehicles and obtain essential dog information.
• Provide friendly service via phone and in person with professionalism and attentiveness.
• Log dogs in and out, confirm client information, process payments, and share emails.
• Coordinate with pet technicians and team to ensure smooth operations and great care.
