Job summary

Petsense is seeking a Team Member to deliver legendary customer service while assisting customers and team members with daily operations in-store. The role involves handling cash, merchandising, and ensuring the welfare of live animals.

The position requires flexibility, reliable attendance, and a willingness to perform a variety of duties including loading purchases, performing plan-o-grams, and adhering to safety guidelines. Retail or pet knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• No experience required; retail experience and/or pet/live animal knowledge is strongly preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent preferred but not required; basic reading, writing and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Support selling initiatives and assist customers.
• Assist with loading purchases and merchandise recovery.
• Ensure safety and care of live animals.
• Complete documentation for duties.
