Qualifications

• No prior experience required; retail or pet knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to read, write and count accurately.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Support selling initiatives and engage with customers and pets.
• Operate cash register and follow cash handling procedures.
• Assist with merchandising, freight, plan-o-grams and price changes.
• Care for live animals including food, bedding and habitats.
• Complete documentation for duties as required.
