Job summary

Baze Animal Clinic in Midland, TX seeks a Client Service Representative to join our team. Our CSRs greet clients and their pets, set a welcoming tone, and act as the face of the hospital, ensuring warmth and trust with the veterinary team.

The successful candidate will handle client interactions, information provision, scheduling, and payments, while working in a fast-paced setting and standing for long periods. Experience with Avimark is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to lift 40 lb.
• Bilingual (preferred, not required).

Responsibilities

• Client interaction.
• Answer inquiries and provide essential information about services.
• Checking-in and checking-out.
• Multi-phone line system.
• Process financial transactions.
• Daily cash drawer balancing.
• Scheduling.
• Accurate computer data entry (Avimark software).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
