Job summary

Animal Hospital & Emergency Clinic of Conroe in Conroe, Texas seeks a Customer Service Representative to welcome clients, schedule visits, and promote hospital services while supporting the veterinary team.

The CSR will handle client questions, enter pet histories, manage payments, dispense items per veterinarian instructions, and help maintain a positive, efficient patient flow.

This role requires 1–3+ years in retail or customer service, a High School Diploma or GED, and solid computer skills.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture built on our values and promote hospital services to clients.
• Welcome clients and pets, ensuring comfort and educating on preventive care.
• Document and enter pet history, requested services, and pertinent information in the practice management software.
• Direct the flow of clients and pets for optimal scheduling and productivity.
• Answer basic questions from clients, triage service needs, and refer to veterinary staff as needed.
• Schedule client appointments and follow-up exams with Veterinarian(s) and staff.
• Provide instructions and invoices to outgoing clients.
• Dispense prescription items per Veterinarian's instructions and sell retail products.
