Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience is required.
• Knowledge of basic animal behavior is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage client schedules and document pet interactions.
• Provide information about veterinary services, grooming, daycare, boarding and retail.
• Welcome pets and their parents, ensuring smooth check-in.
• Handle calls, answer client inquiries, and resolve concerns professionally.
• Process financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness standards and contribute to the welcoming environment.
• Assist in ensuring animals receive proper care, including food, water and enrichment.
