Bond Vet in New Jersey is hiring a Care Coordinator to welcome clients and pets, manage appointment flow, and coordinate communications across teams in a fast-paced clinic. You’ll support daily operations, keep spaces organized, and ensure an outstanding client experience through hospitality and clear information.

This role offers flexible schedules and growth opportunities while helping families care for their pets.

Competenze

• 1+ years of customer service or hospitality experience, preferably in veterinary reception.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic.

Mansioni

• Create a welcoming experience for clients and pets from check-in to check-out.
• Manage daily appointment flow and coordinate walk-ins in a fast-paced clinic.
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams by phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked client-facing spaces and provide education to pet parents.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with the veterinary team to ensure a smooth client and patient experience.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed.
