Bond Vet in Edgewater, New Jersey, is seeking a Care Coordinator to deliver exceptional hospitality for clients and their pets. You will guide patients and families from check-in to check-out, manage appointment flow, and serve as the first and last point of contact in our clinics.

Care Coordinator - New Jersey - Edgewater

In July 2026, Bond Vet and Small Door Veterinary merged to build a more connected, accessible, and compassionate veterinary care experience across routine, primary, and urgent care. The combined organization will span more than 55 clinics across major Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest markets, serving over half a million pets.

This role will play an important part in shaping the next chapter of our combined organization and advancing our shared mission to transform veterinary care.

What You'll Do:

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or other client‑facing roles
• Veterinary industry experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment
• Comfortable learning and navigating multiple computer systems and technology platforms
• Passion for delivering outstanding client experiences and working collaboratively as part of a team
• Prior experience in veterinary medicine or animal care is preferred
