Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital. You will act as a liaison between the front and back of the hospital, coordinating client and patient flow across waiting rooms, exam rooms, CSR staff, and clinical teams.

The role includes triaging medical calls, coordinating communications with doctors, and handling ER follow-up calls for both locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage fast-paced client flow and coordinate front/back of house activities.
• Experience in veterinary or healthcare settings preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate client/patient flow between waiting room and exam rooms.
• Triage medical calls and facilitate doctor-client communication.
• Assist with discharge scheduling and follow-up communications across locations.
• Monitor patient status and keep clients updated on wait times and room assignments.
• Support CSR staff and clinical team to ensure smooth patient care.
