Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital in Stone Oak, TX is seeking an experienced Patient Care Coordinator to join our state-of-the-art emergency and specialty hospital. You will act as a liaison between the front and back of the hospital, facilitating client and patient flow, triaging medical calls, coordinating communications, and performing ER follow-up calls for both locations.

Evening, weekend, and holiday work across both locations may be required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor waiting and exam room clients; update clients on wait times.
• Coordinate patient flow between specialties to minimize wait times.
• Triage medical calls and facilitate doctor-patient communication.
• Manage hospital census and discharge appointments.
• Receive and address care calls from the public and follow up after ER visits.
