Bond Vet in the United States is hiring a Care Coordinator to deliver a welcoming experience for pet parents from check-in to check-out. You’ll manage daily appointment flow, coordinate scheduling, and communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams in a fast-paced clinic.

You’ll ensure clean, well-stocked spaces, provide hospitality, and support hospital operations alongside the veterinary team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, veterinary reception, or other client-facing roles.
• Veterinary industry experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a warm, professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming, supportive experience for pet parents and their pets from check-in through check-out.
• Manage daily appointment flow, scheduling, and walk-in coordination in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Communicate with clients, referral partners, and veterinary teams via phone, email, and in person.
• Maintain organized, clean, and well-stocked client-facing spaces.
• Provide exceptional hospitality, answer questions, and educate pet parents during visits.
• Support clinic operations and collaborate with the veterinary team for a smooth client and patient experience.
• Assist with administrative and operational tasks as needed to support the hospital team.
