• Willingness to work Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, answering telephones, and checking in patients.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound calls for follow-ups and outreach to prospective clients.
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments.
• Answering questions regarding products and services and pet care guidance.
• Managing medical records, charts, reports, and correspondence.
• Front desk duties and lobby maintenance.
