Responsibilities

• Greeting visitors, answering phones, and guiding clients and pets to exam rooms.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments.
• Placing outbound follow-up calls to clients.
• Presenting fees and processing payments.
• Recommending and obtaining products and services, including prescriptions.
• Educating clients on basic pet care and non-medical topics.
• Managing medical records, charts, and correspondence.
• Maintaining a clean, orderly hospital environment.
