Job summary

VCA Animal Hospitals is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. As the face of VCA, the CSR sets the tone for the practice as we build and maintain each customer's trust and confidence in our abilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain fees and products clearly to clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guide clients and their pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Place outbound follow-up calls to clients.
• Explain fees and process payments.
• Recommend and assist with products and services including prescriptions.
• Answer questions about products, services, and basic pet care.
• Maintain medical records, charts, reports and correspondence.
• Keep the facility clean and organized at all times.
