Thrive Pet Healthcare in Worcester, MA is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative at Westside Animal Clinic. This full-time role requires 30-40 hours weekly, including some weekends and holidays.

You will greet clients, enter records, process payments, schedule visits, and assist with prescriptions in a welcoming environment. Ideal candidates have at least 6 months in customer service; veterinary hospital experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; AAS or higher preferred.
• Veterinary hospital experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via phone, email, and in person with clients and listen to concerns.
• Enter client/patient information in computer systems and maintain medical records.
• Process client payments and invoices.
• Schedule and confirm appointments with patients.
• Dispense pharmaceuticals as needed and call in prescriptions.
