A Client Services Representative/Client Relations Specialist is an in-hospital position that performs check-in, check-out and basic reception duties. A typical day would include: answering phones, greeting clients, scheduling and confirming appointments, performing payment transactions, placing outbound calls, filing insurance claims, obtaining medical records, and other tasks. This position is requires computer proficiency, an outgoing personality, world class customer service and occasional weekend availability.
