National Veterinary Associates (NVA) is seeking a Veterinary Client Service Representative to join our team in Minnesota. You will manage front-desk duties, greet clients, and support clinicians and staff with a courteous, professional approach.

The role requires veterinary clinic experience, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle busy phones and multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy and a friendly demeanor. Benefits are provided for both full-time and part-time employees.

Our Client Service Representatives are an essential part of the client and patient experience. The ideal candidate is organized, positive, knowledgeable, and able to thrive in a busy, environment while providing exceptional service to our clients and support to our veterinary team.

What You’ll Do

What We Offer
