VCA Plymouth Animal Hospital is seeking an experienced Client Service Representative to join our team. We value a personable, professional attitude and a commitment to excellent client service for both pets and their owners.

The CSR acts as the face of the practice, greeting visitors, handling calls, scheduling, and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms while upholding the hospital’s standards of care and service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and guide clients and pets to exam rooms.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Make outbound follow-up calls and reach out to prospective clients.
• Explain fees and process payments.
• Recommend products and services, including prescriptions.
• Field questions about products and general pet care.
• Maintain medical records, charts and correspondence.
• Keep the office clean and organized at all times.
