• Greeting visitors and guiding clients and their pets to exam rooms
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Placing outbound follow-up calls to clients
• Presenting and explaining fees, including processing payments
• Recommending products and services, including prescriptions
• Educating clients on general pet care and husbandry
