Job summary

River Ridge Animal Hospital is seeking a Client Service Representative (CSR) to deliver exceptional client experiences while handling practice administration. The CSR will manage front desk interactions, patient records, appointments, and daily cash processing within our 17,000 square foot veterinary center.

Key competencies include patience, collaboration, effective communication, active listening, organization, and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Weekend work availability as required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior veterinary experience preferred.
• OSHA safety techniques including proper PPE.

Responsibilities

• Leads practice opening and closing procedures.
• Maintains front desk, reception, waiting area and exam rooms.
• Processes cash, checks, and card payments; posts to accounts.
• Schedules appointments adhering to Doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files as needed.
• Prepares and sends client correspondence and reminders.
• Performs daily data backup and is responsible for posting daily business.
• Welcomes clients and patients with a warm, friendly demeanor.
• Answers incoming calls with proper etiquette.
• Assists in taking home items and medications to clients.
