Job summary

Banfield Pet Hospitals in Colorado is seeking a Client Service Coordinator to manage client and pet flow and support the veterinary team. You will promote wellness plans, assist with patient intake and billing, and ensure a welcoming, efficient hospital experience for clients.

The role emphasizes communication, multitasking, and strong customer service in a busy clinical setting. Weekend/evening shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• One year of related experience preferred.
• Medical background (veterinary tech, human healthcare, pharma) with terminology training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive client and pet flow through the hospital to maximize productivity.
• Provide professional, efficient service and educate clients about pet health.
• Educate clients about wellness plans, preventative care and hospital services.
• Assist incoming clients with documentation and pet data entry.
• Assist outgoing clients with instructions, invoices, prescriptions and appointments.
• Maintain accurate balances and follow opening/closing procedures.
• Perform administrative tasks as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.
