Petco in Seattle is seeking a Key Holder to help lead daily store operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure a safe, welcoming environment for pets, partners, and customers.

You will supervise team members on the floor, open and close the store, handle cash and transactions, and support merchandising, training, and loss-prevention efforts while upholding Petco's standards.

Competenze

• Previous retail experience required or preferred as a Key Holder/ supervisor role.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic math skills and experience handling cash and transactions.
• Reliable, responsible, and detail oriented.

Mansioni

• Open and close the store, following cash handling, safety, and security protocols.
• Supervise partners on the floor and serve as a point of contact when management is absent.
• Provide leadership on the sales floor and deliver a great customer experience daily.
• Support merchandising standards, pricing accuracy, signage, and promotional set-ups.
• Assist with inventory activities, restocking, and cycle counts as needed.
• Handle transactions, refunds, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
