Job description

Conduct inspections to determine the source of pest activity
Select and build solutions using products and services to remedy pest presence
Perform pest treatments and install products to create pest-free environments
Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment
Build relationships with high-profile clients during service visits
Listen to client needs and offer solutions to pest issues
Recommend appropriate services and identify additional service offerings
Maintain knowledge of products, services, industry developments, trends, technology, and regulations
Work independently after extensive paid training, with support from colleagues, management, and the office team
Document and recommend actions taken and required
Perform exclusion practices to keep pests out of structures

Requirements

Successfully meet pre-employment background screen
Possess a valid driver’s license and undergo motor vehicle driving record check
Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays as needed
High school diploma or GED
Client-facing experience preferred
Demonstrated attention to detail
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
Experience using technology in a work environment, including handheld devices and apps
Google Suite experience (Gmail, Calendar, and Google Drive) is a plus
Open to learning and becoming knowledgeable in pest control
Comfortable with self-directed working conditions after a training period
Obtain and maintain licenses/certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations
