Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, make tailored recommendations, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

The role involves on-site visits to residences and businesses, inspections, and presenting proposals to obtain contracts. Compensation includes an hourly base with commission and opportunities for higher earnings.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Valid driver’s license and 3+ consecutive years of driving history.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and propose and present sales contracts.
• Respond to sales leads within the branch and generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws and policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle and adhere to Vehicle Policy.
