Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions and related services through a customer-focused approach. You will identify customer needs, tailor proposals, and build lasting relationships to deliver long-term value.

The role involves conducting inspections, presenting proposals, handling leads, and maintaining compliance with laws and company policies while operating company vehicles.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces like basements, attics, crawl space and other tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and make proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory; proactively generate additional service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and adhere to the Vehicle Policy.
