Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions seeks a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue by selling pest control solutions through a customer-focused approach. You will identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

The role offers an hourly base pay of $19.00, uncapped commission, and a strong earnings range with additional compensation opportunities, plus substantial benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations and build proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to sales leads and proactively generate new pest control opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions per laws and company policy.
• Operate and maintain a company vehicle and follow Vehicle Policy.
