Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions and related services. You will identify customer needs, recommend tailored solutions and build lasting relationships to deliver exceptional service and long-term value.

The role includes selling additional services, conducting inspections, following regulations, and maintaining the company vehicle.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related sales experience or training.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.
• Earn and maintain state-required training and pest control licensing if applicable (provided).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or general pest control protection to customers through warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations, and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while proactively generating additional pest control and related service opportunities.
• Prepare appropriate job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with existing laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and keep equipment in clean and working order.
