Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Branch Sales Professional to drive revenue growth by selling pest control solutions to residential and commercial customers, identifying needs, presenting tailored proposals and building lasting relationships. You will conduct inspections, respond to leads, prepare job specifications, and maintain the company vehicle and equipment per policy.

The role offers weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and uncapped commissions with earnings commonly between $60,000

Qualifications

• 6+ months of related experience or training in sales.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license with 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Must be able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, crouch, and crawl to access tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Sell additional services and/or pest control protection to customers via warm leads, cold calls and onsite visits to residences and businesses.
• Conduct inspections to identify infestations or conditions conducive to infestations and present proposals to obtain sales contracts.
• Respond to and work assigned sales leads within the branch and/or territory while generating additional service opportunities.
• Prepare job specifications and treating instructions in accordance with laws, regulations, and company policy.
• Regularly operate and maintain a company vehicle and equipment per Vehicle Policy.
