Qualifications

• Sales experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently in the field with strong customer service.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required; training and licensing costs covered.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to conduct interior and exterior home inspections.
• Identify termite activity and pest concerns; assess risk conditions.
• Educate customers on inspection findings and recommended solutions.
• Design customized protection plans based on customer needs.
• Build trust through professional consultations and service.
• Follow up on leads and generate referrals.
• Prepare service agreements and documentation using company tools.
• Manage schedule and sales pipeline to meet income and performance goals.
