Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to provide termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, and exclusion work, delivering high-quality pest management with strong customer care.

You will follow service routes, document work meticulously, and communicate treatment plans clearly to customers while ensuring safe, efficient operations. Competitive benefits accompany a fast-growing team.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience and familiarity with construction-related tasks.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving a company vehicle is required.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training/licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with focus on quality and detail.
• Deliver excellent customer service by explaining treatment plans and benefits while addressing questions.
• Follow assigned service routes and schedules, coordinating with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain company vehicles, equipment, and PPE to ensure safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards.
