Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions in New Castle, Delaware is hiring an Additional Services Technician to deliver specialized pest control and home protection services, including termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation, and exclusion work, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.

You will follow service routes, explain treatment plans to customers, maintain thorough records, and work with office staff to ensure efficient service delivery while upholding company standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required; familiarity with construction-related tasks preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid drivers license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history; driving company vehicle is essential.
• Pest control licensing or state-required training to be earned/provided.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other services.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with high quality and attention to detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits while addressing customer questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules; coordinate with office staff for efficient delivery.
• Maintain organized records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to company standards.
