Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician to deliver pest control and home protection services in Mount Laurel, NJ. You will perform termite and mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and related services with a focus on safety, accuracy, and customer care.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of customer service experience, a valid driver’s license with 3+ years of driving history, and a willingness to obtain state pest control licensing if

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience required and familiarity with construction-related tasks including ladders and power tools safety.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Willing to obtain state-required pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services including termite control and mosquito treatments.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers while addressing questions.
• Follow service routes and coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer, service, and appointment records.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE.
• Promote customer satisfaction and adhere to company standards.
