EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking an Additional Services Technician in New Castle, Delaware to perform termite treatments, mosquito control, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other pest management tasks with a strong emphasis on safety and quality.

You will follow service routes, explain treatment plans to customers, and maintain accurate records using company systems. A valid driver’s license and 1+ year of customer service are required, with licensing supported if needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience required and demonstrated mechanical aptitude.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and 3+ years driving history.
• Willingness to Earn pest control licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized pest control services, including termite control, mosquito treatments, insulation installation, exclusion work, and other offerings.
• Complete initial indoor and outdoor pest control applications for new customers with attention to quality and detail.
• Explain treatment plans and benefits to customers while addressing questions and concerns.
• Follow service routes and schedules; coordinate with office staff to ensure efficient delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of customers, services, and appointments using company systems.
• Inspect and maintain vehicles, equipment, and PPE for safe operations.
• Promote customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality service and adhering to standards.
