Job summary

EcoShield Pest Solutions is seeking a Service Technician to provide reliable pest control during scheduled maintenance. You will inspect properties, apply approved treatments, and communicate clearly with customers to ensure satisfaction.

This role requires at least 1 year in customer service, a valid driver's license, and compliant driving history; training and state licensing provided. Earn competitive hourly pay with benefits and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and have 3+ consecutive years of driving history.
• Earn and maintain state-required pest control training and licensing if applicable (provided).

Responsibilities

• Perform interior and exterior pest control treatments using approved products and methods.
• Inspect properties for signs of pest activity and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining treatments and answering questions.
• Maintain service records and communicate with the office as needed.
• Maintain company equipment, inventory and vehicles for readiness and quality.
• Follow policies, regulatory requirements and safety standards during service.
